FAQ
Are the AI faces real people?+
No. Illustrated faces are procedurally drawn; photoreal faces come from generative models that synthesize humans who do not exist.
Why do I need my own API key?+
The site is static — PRO calls the AI provider straight from your browser with your key, so billing stays in your account and we never see it.
Can I use the faces commercially?+
Illustrated (DiceBear) portraits are CC0. For AI provider images, your usage follows the provider's license (fal.ai / Generated Photos).
